The Whole Fruit Pie is the level four Throw gag. It is preceded by Cream Pie Slice. Once a Toon earns 2,000 skill points, he/she will gain the Whole Cream Pie.

Trivia

The cupcake, whole fruit pie, and the whole cream pie have similar models but the sizes of said models are different.
In 2D images of the whole fruit pie, purple berries can be seen on its top. When thrown during battle, however, they are not shown.
An organic whole fruit pie is enough to take out a lured level 5 cog on its own.
