Whispering Willow is a duck NPC Toon. She lives and works at Talking in Your Sleep Voice Training. She is also a member of the Toon Resistance and helped Lord Lowden Clear discover Cashbot Headquarters. She is a special NPC, as she can give out the secret Toon Resistance member-only animation, the Resistance Salute. To obtain the animation, simply use the "Would you like some help?" SpeedChat phrase in her shop.
