Watercooler is a weak Cog attack used by Bottom Feeders and Short Changes.

Animation

1. The attacking Cog brings out a small water cooler.
2. The Cog then pushes a button on the cooler.
3. Water squirts out from the cooler to the direction of the Cog's targeted Toon.
   • If the attack hits: The water hits the Toon and knocks him/her back.
   • If the attack misses: The Toon jumps out of the way, avoiding the water hitting him/her.
