The wardrobe is a piece of furniture that exists at a Toon's estate when a Toon is created, and holds a Toon's purchased clothing. Previously, the initial size of a Toon's wardrobe was ten, meaning it may have held ten pieces of clothing. As a Toon received more items in Clarabelle's Cattlelog, they would have had the opportunity to buy larger wardrobes, with more space. Now, all toons are able to store 300 pieces of clothing in their wardrobes.
A girl Toon will have a different design of a wardrobe. A girl Toon can't decide which design of wardrobe to have, the same is vice versa. A girl Toon still has the opportunity to buy a larger wardrobe, but it will still have the same look as the predecessor.
- Note: the following may no longer be purchased, as all Toons are now provided with a wardrobe that has 300 clothing slots.
|Wardrobe size||Cost||Backorder cost|
|10 clothing slots||Free||N/A|
|15 clothing slots||1000 jellybeans||1200 jellybeans|
|20 clothing slots||1800 jellybeans|
|25 clothing slots||2400 jellybeans|
|50 clothing slots||3000 jellybeans|
- If a Toon has a full wardrobe and receives new items in their mailbox, pressing the "Take" button will have no effect, and the item will remain in the mailbox.
- Due to the high amount of new clothes released in Toontown Rewritten, wardrobes were updated to hold 200 clothing slots on December 18, 2015.
- This cap was raised to 300 clothing slots in an update on May 2, 2019.
