Tutorial Tom's building is a Toon Building on Tutorial Terrace in the Toon-torial. The owner here is Tutorial Tom. Tutorial Tom's building is the first place were you can take control of your Toon. This building can only be accessed during the Toon-torial.

- According to localizer code, the street is called Tutorial Terrace. However, this might not be official; it may just be in case hackers manage to teleport into the Toon-torial and a friend views their location.
