Staff, which includes developers, artists, composers, translators, and moderators, are team members of Toontown Rewritten who are responsible for the creation of the game or moderating/translating it.

The Developer's Other Toons

Trivia

In the first gameplay of Toontown Rewritten, Goshi was a pig and Hawkheart a mouse. Their toons are now a horse and a cat, respectively.
Joshsora was an alpha tester before he became a staff member. He was awarded his key by Kestred in his alpha contest to actually design a new 3D fountain, although original Toontown only had a revolving 2D fountain.
Joshsora left the TTR staff team because he no longer wanted to model. His stage and TV were featured in the Toon Council Presidential Election.
Roger Dog was not a staff member during the time of the Roger Dog Invasion. He joined the TTR team soon after to help create the Toon Council Presidential Election props.
All TTR staff have a symbol above their heads. There is a green, blue and yellow symbol. The green symbol represents Moderator, the blue symbol represents Staff and the yellow symbol represents Developer. The green, blue and yellow symbol are usually known as Resistance Ranger, Get Connected and Toon Trooper.
