The Toontown Library is a Toon building in Toontown Central. The shopkeeper that works here is Librarian Larry.

Although it is in Toontown Central, it is a minor building and is irrelevant to any events of both Toontown Online and Toontown Rewritten.
Just like any other building, the building looks big on the outside, but is small in the inside.
Although it is a Library, the building contains no books.
