The Toon Headquarters, commonly known as the "Toon HQ'", is a building located on every playground and every street, excluding Chip 'n Dale's Acorn Acres and Goofy Speedway. Inside the building, four HQ Officers offer ToonTasks for rewards.
When a Cog Invasion or Mega-Invasion is in session, a message from the Toon Headquarters is broadcasted in-game. Most Mega-Invasions are also broadcasted on the Toontown Rewritten website.

The Toon Headquarters in Toontown Central appear to be made of red bricks and have a firefighter hat with "FIRE CHIEF" written on it. The Toon Headquarters in Donald's Dock appear to be small boats with sailor hats on them. The Toon Headquarters in Daisy Gardens is shaped after gardening cans with a purple bowl hat on top of them. Interior
The interior of the Toon Headquarters from each playground are similar but with different HQ Officers. The interior is an octagonal shape, with a lab-like test chamber, two doorways, and five blackboards. One blackboard has the Toon Platoon showing the top ten Toons with the most points for recovered Cog Buildings. The four other chalkboards display machine concepts, including things such as a banana-peeling machine and "Super Squirting Flowers". There is a square booth in the middle with sirens in the middle, which is where the HQ Officers stand.
Trivia
- The Toon Headquarters in Toontown Central is the only one to have two telescopes that are animated.
- An update on April 1, 2018 implemented a second telescope to the Toon Headquarters.
- There are plans for Field Offices to take over the Toon Headquarters instead of ordinary Toon Buildings when they are relaunched in 2018.[1]
