Toon Buildings on streets can turn into [[Cog Building]]s when a [[Cogs|Cog]] steps in. If the building is liberated, a portrait of the Toon's head will hang on a wall inside the building. A runaway Toon seems to have had slipped on a banana peel while racing and caused a bit of a ruckus! Luckily, there is probably some form of edit tool that can clean things up. Remember to avoid plagiarism when editing.

A Toon Building is located on streets and playgrounds. All of them have a NPC shopkeeper Toon inside. Toon Buildings on streets can turn into Cog Buildings when a Cog steps in. If the building is liberated, a portrait of the Toon's head will hang on a wall inside the building. If you liberated a building and it has been taken over by Cogs again, the Toon Headquarters will whisper to you saying the Cogs have taken over the building you rescued. Rescuing so many toon buildings consecutively in the same district will earn a colored star above your Toon name. You could recieve a Bronze star for defeating 10 floors of cog buildings.
