The CFO throwing gears.
Throw Gears is a boss Cog attack used by the Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Executive Officer. The inflicted damage varies depending on the boss using the attack. The CEO does this a lot more quickly and suddenly than the VP and CFO.
Animation
The boss will turn to stare at a Toon. After a few seconds, the boss will throw gears directly towards where the Toon was standing whilst being stared at. The gears can affect any Toon who runs into them.
