Smokin' Foreman should do an animation in which after Slappy is saved, the Cogs come back with a vengeance, but this time have participated in a merger with the Koopa Troop (the Mario counterpart to the Cogs) to form C.O.G.S. - K.O.O.P.A.S., Incorporated, under the tyrannical Bowser (the king of the former Koopa Troop), who makes Slappy go sad with his fire breath, and snags him, and sends the Cogs to sadden potential Toon heroes. Lord Lowden Clear, the leader of the Toon Resistance, is upset by this, along with Flippy, and calls the Toons' other neighbors, the Yoshis, who live on an island to the west of Toontown, to help destroy the new Cog partnership, since the Toons have discovered they require aid. The two allied species on the Toons' side successfully counterattack the new cogs' attacks with cream pies and other gags, and once they battle Bowser, the Toons and their allies counterattack the streams of fire with various Squirt gags. At the end, Bowser surrenders once and for all and Slappy is freed.
