Sound

Sound is a gag track that has a high accuracy and is available once a Toon finishes the ToonTasks in Toontown Central. Later as you progress through the game, it is available again when a Toon finishes the ToonTasks in Minnie's Melodyland, then a final time in The Brrrgh. This gag is the fourth gag used in a Cog battle. This gag track is the only track to have all gags target all Cogs in a battle. Sound is mainly used in conjunction with other Toons to deal devastating damage.

Gag Combinations

Since Sound can cause damage to all Cogs in battle, it is a very popular gag track for factories, Mints, and other facilities. Many Toons develop Sound combinations to quickly one-shot groups of Cogs. For example, one strategy in DA offices and Mints is to use two Trunks and two Foghorns on sets of Cogs. Since this causes a total of 171 damage, it is very common against sets of level 10-11 Cogs.

Trivia

• Sound causes the least damage towards Cogs, however it attacks all cogs unlike other gag tracks (excluding level 7 gags).
• The Opera Singer is the least effective level 7 gag, which attacks the Cogs, because it causes only 90 damage to all Cogs.
• When Cogs are lured in battle and a Toon uses Sound, the gag will miss if the Toon does not back away first.
