Shopkeepers are NPC toons which own a shop in Toontown. Shopkeepers are all over, including The Brrrgh, Minnie's Melodyland, Donald's Dock, Toontown Central, The Daisy Gardens, and Donald's Dreamland. They do not own shops in Cog HQs, and are not present there unless they are captured by Cogs.
Shopkeepers can, like HQ Officers, give you Toontasks. HQ Officers may also assign a Toontask in which Toons must visit the following shopkeeper.
Trivia
- Shopkeepers can appear on SOS Cards. An example is Clerk Clara from Goofy's Gag Shop in Toontown Central.
- Shopkeepers can be rescued from The VP Boss Battle. When freed, they will give toons their SOS Card, which range from 3 to 5 stars depending on what the card will do in battle.
