Scrooge McDuck is one of the Disney characters, which came from a famous story called A Christmas Carol, a story written by Charles Dickens. The main protagonist is Ebenezer Scrooge who is a greedy, selfish, cheap old man. Hinting from the name similarities, it is clear to notice their look alike appearance and their love for money.
On Toontown Rewritten, Scrooge McDuck was only mentioned once by Toon Headquarters. The Toon Headquarters stated in their very first special broadcast that Scrooge McDuck, who wasn't seen attending the Toon Council Presidential Elections, was reported to be missing.
