Rocky is a cat NPC Toon who is a member of the Toon Resistance stationed at the Toon Resistance Outpost during Operation: Storm Sellbot Headquarters. When visiting him to receive Toon Resistance ToonTasks, he will reward you a numerous amount of merits (30-3000) depending on the difficulty of the ToonTask. For Toons with a maxed Sellbot Cog Disguise, he will give you ToonTasks that reward you SOS cards.

Rocket I is also a new limited time only SOS Toon that is rewarded to Toons by completing one of his ToonTasks. He is the only Throw SOS Toon and deals 132 damage with Wedding Cake.
