Rocky is a NPC cat Toon who appears in Cashbot Headquarters during Operation: Crash Cashbot Headquarters. He offers Toon Resistance ToonTasks for the Trolley Box, Resistance Cape, and certain amounts of Cogbucks.

SOS Toon

Rocky is a 5-star Throw SOS Toon. He uses a Wedding Cake, which deals 132 damage, the equivalent of an organic gag. His SOS card was only given out during Operation: Storm Sellbot Headquarters after Toons completed his ToonTask.

Although Rocky and Loopy Loopenloop use Throw and Squirt respectively, they do not deal knockback damage to lured Cogs.

Trivia

Rocky offered Toon Resistance ToonTasks for Merits, a variety of different SOS cards, and five of his very own SOS cards during Operation: Storm Sellbot Headquarters.
Rocky is the first SOS Toon to use Throw.
Rocky was one of the many Resistance Rangers in Toontown Online.
