A resource pack changing the look of Goofy Speedway.

Resource Packs (also referred to as Content Packs) allow you to use different textures, music and even customized models in Toontown Rewritten.

To use resource packs, make a new folder named "resources" and then place the phase files from the resource pack into the resources folder and place it into your ToonTown Rewritten folder. (That is the same folder where your "logs" and "screenshots" are stored.) The phase files that can be used range from phase_3 to phase_13.

The Toontown Rewritten folder is located in C:\Program Files\Toontown Rewritten on Windows computers.

Renaming the "resources" folder will turn off the resource pack.

Installing Resource Packs on Mac OS X

1. Place the phase files from the resource pack into a folder titled "resources" (without the quotation marks).

2. Insert the folder at /users/yournamehere/library/application support/ToonTown Rewritten.

Opening Phase Files

In order for a resource pack to appear different and to change the look of a game, the phase files must have a client-sided edit.

You can edit phase files by opening opening and extracting them into .mf files with a tool called "multify" in the game engine that runs TTR, Panda3D.

In the bin located in the Panda3D folder, you will need to copy and paste it into the "resources" folder.

After you do this, you can open your CMD and type two commands.

To open a phase file:

multify.exe -x -f phase[#]

To close a phase file (extract it into .mf):

multify.exe -x -c phase_[#].mf phase_[#]
