Red Tape is a Cog Attack used by Two-Faces, Ambulance Chasers, and Bloodsuckers.

Animation

1. The Cog takes out a roll of red tape.
2. The Cog throws the roll of tape towards its targeted Toon.

• If the attack hits: the tape fastens around the Toon's body. The Toon struggles to escape until it disappears.
• If the attack misses: as the tape is about to hit, the Toon jumps over it and the tape disappears.
