Professor Prepostera is a horse NPC Toon who is part of Loony Labs, along with Professor Flake, Doctor Dimm, and Doctor Surlee.
Besides his blog posts about his research project titled The Grey, he also made a small cameo during the Toon Council Presidential Elections inspecting Slappy's campaign stand, and then made another appearance at the Toontown Central Pet Shop during April Toons' Week in 2016.
Trivia
- He was the leader of Loony Labs and the scientist in the spotlight in Toontown Online. This position was likely to be taken by Doctor Surlee in Toontown Rewritten.
