Professor Prepostera is an NPC horse Toon who is a member of the S.I.L.L.I. (Scientists Interested in Laugh Levels Increasing) team for Loony Labs. He can be found in Toon Hall inspecting the Silly Meter with the rest of the Scientoons. Toons may speak to him to grab a ToonTask to retrieve the Silly Reader, and learn more about the Silly Meter and its functions.

Trivia

• Professor Prepostera was considered the leader of Loony Labs in Toontown Online. The Toontown Rewritten Team decided to give this position to Doctor Surlee in order to provide a story about why he never smiles.
