OMG!Con 2016 was the second real world ToonFest event hosted during the summer of 2016 to celebrate the 13th anniversary of Toontown Online. The event took place at OMG!Con in Owensboro, Kentucky from June 10th to June 12th. The Toontown Rewritten Team kept players who could not attend the event updated on the happenings of the event through social media, mainly with Snapchat. Sometime after the convention, various recordings of each of the ToonFest activities, including the main event, second panel, and Q&A session, were posted on YouTube.

Apparel
Players could redeem the code, "omgcon2016", in their Shticker Book from July 1st to August 1st to claim the ToonFest 2016 Blue Backpack and ToonFest 2016 Pink Backpack. Attendees could also redeem special codes offered at the convention to claim the exclusive ToonFest 2016 Blue Attendee Backpack and ToonFest 2016 Pink Attendee Backpack.
Merchandise
On July 2, 2016, Toontown Rewritten started sending out Member Mailers until the 31st to offer players a chance to claim their own set of trading cards that were offered at OMG!Con. The second set of all-new Toontown Rewritten trading cards consisted of Flippy, Doctor Surlee, and Robber Baron. Along with the trading cards also included a Toontown postcard.

- Content that had been revealed during the main event panel were the second Toontown advertisement, behind-the-scenes work on the in-game ToonFest event, even more behind-the-scenes work on Toontown Retextured, behind-the-scenes work on a new project called Toontown Rerigged, a virtual reality simulator within Toon Hall, and announcement of the Toontown Species Election.
