Name of origin
A mover and shaker is a powerful individual who initiates events and influences people. They also strive to get things done accordingly.
Trivia
- Other than the Director of Ambush Marketing, the Mover & Shakers were the only Cogs that were shown to have some physical abilities during Doomsday. They caused Toons to lose several laff points by shaking the ground to create small shockwaves instead of using projectiles.
- In a memo sent to Sellbot Department 18-A by The Chairman, Mover & Shakers were said to be awarded a "quality office" when the Cog corporations arrive due to their significant performance during Doomsday.[1]
- Mover & Shakers were the first Cogs to launch a Cog Invasion and the first set of Version 2.0 Cogs to appear in Toontown Rewritten.
- Mover & Shakers appear frequently in the Sellbot Headquarters courtyard, and have a chance of spawning the Sellbot Factory area and within every room of the Factory itself. They can also spawn as the Factory Foreman.
- Mover & Shakers have the same head mesh as Bloodsuckers.
- Mover & Shakers are the most powerful Cogs that can be found on streets, with their Quake dealing 21 damage at level 9.
- Mover & Shakers have the same maximum damage as Head Hunters with the latter's Head Shrink at level 10, but Head Shrink only affects one Toon, while Quake affects all Toons.
- Mover & Shakers are the only Cogs with "&" in their name.
- Mover & Shakers are granted their own maze offices in the Sellbot Field Office. The Mover & Shaker Office minigame, however, comes at newer higher difficulties.
