"Watch out, Toon, you're on shaky ground."
―Mover & Shaker

A Mover & Shaker is the fifth Cog on the corporate ladder of the Sellbots. Their levels range from level five to level nine. They can be found in all playgrounds apart from Toontown Central outside of a Cog Building or a Cog Invasion, but they can only appear on specific streets, such as Sleet Street or Oak Street. They can also appear in low to medium-level Cog Buildings. They appear very frequently in the Sellbot Headquarters courtyard, and also have a chance of spawning in every room in the Sellbot Factory, and may also spawn as the Factory Foreman. They also appear in the first round of the Sellbot Towers battle, as well as the second round in Skelecog form.

A mover and shaker is a powerful person who initiates events and influences people.

Trivia

  • Other than the Director of Ambush Marketing, the Mover & Shakers were the only Cogs that have been shown to have some physical abilities during Doomsday, as they attack by shaking the ground to create small shockwaves instead of using projectiles. Every Toon caught in a shockwave would lose several laff points.
    • As it was revealed in a memo sent to the Sellbot Department 18-A by the Chairman, the Movers & Shakers were said to be awarded a "quality office" when the Cog corporations arrive due to their significant performance during Doomsday.
  • Movers & Shakers were the first Cog Invasion and the first set of Version 2.0 Cogs to appear in Toontown Rewritten.
  • Mover & Shakers have the same head mesh as the Bloodsuckers.
  • Mover & Shakers are the most powerful Cogs that can be found on streets, with their Quake doing 21 damage at level 9.
  • Movers & Shakers have the same maximum damage as Head Hunters with the latter's Head Shrink at level 10, but Head Shrink only affects one Toon, while Quake affects all Toons.
  • Movers & Shakers are granted their own maze offices in the Sellbot Field Office. The Mover & Shaker Maze Game, however, comes at newer higher difficulties.
  • Movers & Shakers are the only Cogs with "&" in their name.
