A Mover & Shaker is the fifth Cog on the corporate ladder of the Sellbots. Their levels range from level five to level nine. They can be found in all playgrounds apart from Toontown Central outside of a Cog Building or a Cog Invasion, but they can only appear on specific streets, such as Sleet Street or Oak Street. They can also appear in low to medium-level Cog Buildings.
