You can check your merits by pressing the Home key, same way to check gags.
Merits are used to earn a promotion on your Sellbot Cog Disguise to fight the Vice President. To earn merits, you can defeat the Sellbot Factory, defeat Cog Buildings, or anything that allows you to defeat Sellbots. You get merits equal to half the level of the Sellbot you destroy, except in the Factory, where you get quadruple the amount you'd normally get. The amount of Merits is doubled in battles within the Sellbot Headquarters or during Cog Invasions of Sellbots.
Promotions
Below is a list of merits you need to gain a promotion. When you reach level 13, you will receive teleportation access to Sellbot Headquarters. From level 15 to the next four levels by 10s (20, 30, 40, and 50) on the Mr. Hollywood disguise is when a laff boost will be obtained.
