Mata Hairy is a monkey NPC Toon who helps Toons through the Chief Financial Officer battle.

When entering the C.F.O. battle, she will try to guide Toons to the Cashbot Vault, only to be interrupted by the C.F.O.. She'll enter the vault to prepare the cranes while the Toons battle the Cogs sent in by the C.F.O.. After defeating all the Cogs, the C.F.O. enters the vault noticing that Mata Hairy is operating a crane. She then teaches Toons how the crane works, and that they must use it to defeat the C.F.O.. After defeating the C.F.O., she will reward Toons with one of the following three types of unites:

Toons of the World, Gag Up!
Toons of the World, Toon-Up!
Toons of the World, Spend Wisely!

Trivia

Mata Hairy was one of the "active NPCs" when she, along with Lord Lowden Clear, helped Toons battle the Vice President for the first time by giving out unites.
There was a bug that caused Mata Hairy's colors to change nearly every time Toons enter the C.F.O. battle. The bug was fixed on May 10, 2015.
Her name is a pun on Mata Hari, a Frisian exotic dancer and courtesan who was convicted of being a spy and executed by firing squad in France under charges of espionage for Germany during World War I.
In Toontown Online, she wore a yellow shirt and some white shorts. In Toontown Rewritten, she now wears her own special Toon Resistance uniform.
- After having previously worn the Sellbot Cog-Crusher Outfit, she now wears the Cashbot Cog Crusher Outfit as of the update released on May 2, 2019 with Operation: Crash Cashbot Headquarters.
