Loopy Loopenloop is an NPC duck Toon who is a member of the Toon Resistance. He first appeared in Sellbot Headquarters during Operation: Storm Sellbot Headquarters then later made another appearance in Cashbot Headquarters during Operation: Crash Cashbot Headquarters.

Loopy Loopenloop is a five-star Squirt SOS Toon that is the first of his kind. He uses a Geyser that deals 115 damage, which is the equivalent of an organic Geyser. His SOS cards were only available and awarded through completion of Toon Resistance ToonTasks offered by him during Operation: Storm Sellbot Headquarters.
