Loony Labs is a group of Toon scientists under the lead of Doctor Surlee, but could also be the name of their top-secret facility located somewhere in Toontown. These wacky scientists are widely known for producing inventions that can be beneficial to Toons, such as the Silly Meter which keeps track of Toontown's silly levels.
The official website of Loony Labs called Template:Plainlink made its first debut on March 26, 2016. This website houses a personal terminal for each employee of Loony Labs. The website at one point disappeared, but then relaunched on January 25, 2018, followed by an unexpected transmission the next day.
