Loony Labs is the place where the top-secret organization of Toon scientists reside in. The only known scientists of the group are Doctor Surlee, Professor Prepostera, Doctor Dimm, and Professor Flake. Many inventions, such as the Silly Meter, were created by Loony Labs.
As part of an ARG on March 26, 2016 posted by "The Two", the official website of Loony Labs called Template:Plainlink was found, which revealed terminal accounts of each and every scientist, as well as one unknown terminal. The website had since then disappeared.
The Loony Labs website has been reopened January 26, 2018.
