Liquidate is a Cog attack used only by Bloodsuckers and Money Bags.

Animation

1. The Cog summons a rain cloud.
2. The cloud will start to rain on the chosen Toon.
3. If the attack hits, the Toon will sink into a puddle. If it misses, the Toon dashes out of reach.

• Liquidate is a term that refers to paying money for an outstanding debt.
• Liquidate uses a storm cloud similar to the Storm Cloud gag.
  • The cloud also looks similar to the cloud from the moves Freeze Assets and Brain Storm, though each move uses different animations.
    • Freeze Assets uses a hail animation, Brain Storm showers the Toon in words, and Liquidate uses rain.
