Level 2 Cogs are low-level Cogs. They have a total of 12 hitpoints – twice as much as a level 1 Cog. They can be found on streets in Toontown Central, Donald's Dock, Daisy Gardens, and Minnie's Melodyland. They can be found in the early boss battles, such as the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
