Jack O' Kazam is a NPC duck Toon who appears in Toontown Central during Halloween from October 25th to November 3rd, offering a special ToonTask for Toons to trick-or-treat and obtain a Pumpkin Head. After his accessories were stolen by Sir Max to sell them in Clarabelle's Cattlelog, Jack O' Kazam widely became known as the wizard who sends frights upon Toontown on Halloween.
