Horse is a Toon species.

When horses talk, they neigh. If a horse uses an invalid word in SpeedChat Plus and lacks any True Friends, the word will be censored by "brrr" or "neigh".

Trivia

In Toontown Online, only players with membership could create a horse Toon. In Toontown Rewritten, the game provides everyone membership, which means anyone can create a horse.
Horses are the tallest Toon species available in Toontown Rewritten.
Just like dogs, horses' ears are colored blacked rather than the Toon's head color. However, unlike dogs, the ears are not animated.
Horses are the least popular Toon spiecies, along with a Pig and a Bear.
