Hang Up is a Cog attack that is used by Two-Faces and Ambulance Chasers.

Animation

1. The Cog brings out a telephone and picks up the receiver.
2. The Cog dials on the telephone, then immediately hangs up the receiver.
   • If the attack hits, the targeted Toon trips.
   • If the attack misses, the Toon jumps to dodge.
