Half Windsor is a Cog attack that is used by Mover & Shakers and Head Hunters.

Animation

  1. The attacking Cog brings out an orange necktie with green polka dots.
  2. The Cog then throws the tie at its targeted Toon.
    • If the attack hits: The tie hits the Toon, and his/her head leans back.
    • If the attack misses: The Toon jumps out of the way, avoiding the tie hitting him/her. The tie lands beside the Toon and disappears.
