An HQ Officer is an NPC Toon that offers ToonTasks in the Toon Headquarters. There are four officers in each headquarters found on every playground (excluding Goofy Speedway and Chip 'n Dale's Acorn Acres) and their streets. The first HQ Officer players meet in the game is HQ Harry from the Toon-torial, which he is the only one with a name.
