Goons are special, armless Cogs wearing hard hats with one glowing eye each. They project a searchlight out of their eye, and any Toon that steps on the flashlight will loose several Laff points. They can be temporailly disabled by jumping on their heads.
Variants
There are several variants of the Goon, most of them exclusive to the Chief Financial Officer battle. Note that only the regular Goons can be encountered in-game at the moment.
Small Goon
This kind of Goon is as tall as a Toon with a Small Toon effect. Unlike other Goons, one does not need to jump on them in order to disable them. Instead, they can be disabled if one walks into it's back. This Goon is exlcusive to the Chief Financial Officer battle and starts appearing from the earliest point of the battle, chasing Mata Hairy away. Their searchlight deals minor damage. They wear yellow hard hats.
