Goofy's Gag Shop is a large chain of gag supply stores, owned by Goofy and is used as a method of letting Toons restock their gags. Goofy's Gag Shop sells every gag (excluding level seven gags) for one jellybean per gag. Gag shops can be found in all playgrounds except for Goofy Speedway, and Chip 'n Dale's Acorn Acres. Most of the gag shops are located near the playground's Trolley station, and are operated by two clerks inside.

Four of the clerks found in the various gag shops are SOS Toons.
- These clerks are Clerk Will, Clerk Penny, Clerk Clara, and Clerk Ray.
- The clerks are located in the following gag shops, respectively.
  - Donald's Dock, The Brrrgh, Toontown Central, and Minnie's Melodyland.
  - Two of them are male and the other two of them are female.
