Goofenshmirtz is a pig NPC Toon who is a member of the Toon Resistance stationed at the Toon Resistance Outpost during Operation: Storm Sellbot Headquarters. When visiting him to receive Toon Resistance ToonTasks, he will reward you any type of Throw gag that you are allowed to throw with, similar to the Whole Cream Pies being used at the end of the Vice President battle. Depending on the difficulty of the task, the more gags or better gags he will give (example, 5 Birthday Cakes)
