A Flunky is the lowest Cog on the Bossbot corporate ladder. They appear in every neighborhood except Donald's Dreamland (unless there's a Flunky invasion).

A Flunky is an assistant who does menial work; in other terms, a lackey.

Trivia

A Flunky is the first Cog a Toon will encounter during the Toontorial, which appears outside of Tutorial Tom's building.
The Flunky is statistically the weakest Cog, along with the Yesman.
- Flunkies can only do a maximum damage of seven laff points even at their highest level, which makes them the weakest Cog in the entire game.
Flunkies are the only Cogs that wear glasses.
Flunkies do not have visible eyes behind their glasses. Instead, there are just grey blurs.
Flunkies are the only Cog in the Maze Game.
After defeating the Chief Executive Officer, he will be demoted to a Flunky.
Flunkies can be frequently found on Barnacle Boulevard in Donald's Dock. This is because the Cogs roaming that street ranges at level two to level four and the street has a 90% chance of spawning Bossbots.
The Flunky head and glasses are separated in the phase files due to Corporate Raiders using same head mesh, but with a different texture.
They are known to be one of the most recognizable Cogs in the game, because it is the first Cog that Toons encounter and the most prominent in advertisements for Toontown Online.
