Flippy Doggenbottom is a dog NPC toon who is the president of the Toon Council. Flippy usually hosts special events to turn cats into black cats and sets up fireworks shows for New Years. For events, he is located on the right side of the Toon Hall in Toontown Central.
Flippy was also a candidate for Toon Council President. Like his other candidate Slappy, he has hosted events in order to promote his campaign for the Toon Council Presidential Election. For the election, he was located next to his campaign stand.
Appearances and Events
- Flippy occasionally promoted his campaign with special events and occasions, usually located in Toontown Central.
- On October 31, 2013, Flippy hosted a special event that turned cats into black cats, thus marking Flippy's debut in Toontown Rewritten.
- On December 29, 2013, Flippy hosted a New Years fireworks event that would occur every hour until January 2nd, 2014.
- On February 17, 2014, Flippy and Slappy began campaigning in Toontown Central for the Toon Council Presidential Election.
- On April 19, 2014, Flippy won the Toon Council Presidential Election by default.
Campaigns and Presidency
Flippy's campaigns for the Toon Council Presidential Election were Black Cat transformations, whole cream pie fights and firework shows. He let cats turn black for Halloween, offered all toons cream pies from his campaign stand, and let toons watch the fireworks to enjoy the week of the election.
Flippy lost the election to Slappy, but a Yesman interupted the election and made Slappy go sad. Flippy defeated the cog, thus starting the finale of the election, Doomsday. Other cogs and the Director of Ambush Marketing flew down and attacked Toontown Central. At the end, Flippy threw a Birthday Cake then a Wedding Cake at the director and defeated him. Alec Tinn and Doctor Surlee then claimed him to be a hero and the new President of Toontown because Slappy is currently missing. He accepted Presidency, but only until the cogs are out of Toontown and perhaps be president until the toons rescue Slappy.
NPC Attributes
Flippy is a NPC that appears in the game from time to time for special events.
In Toontown Online, Flippy was behind the desk in Toon Hall and administered the first Gag Training Toontasks for toons. He also gave toons their final Bossbot Suit Part. In the official Pre-Beta Gameplay, Flippy is behind the desk of the old, one room Toon Hall[1]. Toontown Rewritten is only on its beginning beta stage, but it is likely that the new Toon Hall and other features will be implemented later on.

- Like Slappy, Flippy was seen as a actual playing character. When toons tried to friend him, he claimed that friend invites are against the election policy, which is why he could not accept friend invites or send friend invites to other toons.
- As a actual playing character, Flippy has 38 laff points.
- In Toontown Online, it was impossible to get the same exact clothing as Flippy.
- In Toontown Online, you had the opportunity to make a black cat every Halloween.
- Flippy standing next to his campaign stand is the only time as an NPC where he communicates with toons by using SpeedChat.
- Flippy accidentally crashed his airplane into Slappy's balloon, and it was implemented after the update onto the back of Slappy's balloon, with HD texture in place.
- Flippy defeated the Yesman that made Slappy go sad. This makes Flippy the first toon to defeat a cog in Toontown Rewritten.
