A fisherman is an NPC Toon that allows Toons to sell their fish to. Each street and each playground has its own fisherman, except for Goofy Speedway. Estates also have a fishing pond, but estates have fishing buckets instead of a fisherman.

- In streets, fishermen are the only NPC Toons who don't have a building of their own.
