Finger Wag is a Cog attack used by Pencil Pushers, Micromanagers, Back Stabbers, Big Wigs, Penny Pinchers, and Tightwads.

Animation

1. The attacking cog wags its finger.
2. Several purple "blah"s will come out from the cog.
3. The words will move towards the cog's targeted toon.
   • If the attack hits, the words will knock the toon over.
   • If the attack misses, the toon will move out of the way, and the words will disappear behind him/her.
