The Feather is the level one Toon-Up Gag that is used to heal one Toon. Once a Toon earns 20 skill points, he/she will gain the Megaphone.

The Feather will reveal when it's going to fail by either being a small feather (Miss/2 laff) or by being a large feather. (Normal Heal/8-10 laff)

The feather is one of the 5 components for Juliette's Fan.
