An estate is a Toon's home. Each account has six houses, one for each Toon created on the account. The house's color corresponds to the color of the Toon's character slot (A green character slot will give a greenish house). Estates also contain a fishing pond. However, there is no fisherman, therefore, the only way to sell fish is to go back to a playground and sell fish to the fisherman or the Pet Shop.
House
A Toon's house is where the Toon lives. Right outside of your Toon's house, there is a mailbox. In the mailbox is where your furniture and items from Clarebelle's Cattlelog are delivered. In a house, you can find a phone, a wardrobe, a jellybean bank, and furnishings that can be purchased from Clarabelle's Cattlelog. A house has two rooms, and two windows. Toons can visit other toons' houses; however, they must be friends before they can enter. Toon houses with no title on the outside or furniture inside means the player has not created a toon that will live in that house.
Doodles

A doodle is a Toon's pet. They also make their home in the estates. However, they cannot enter any houses. A doodle can be purchased at a pet shop in any playground.
Doodles have not yet been incoporated into Toontown Rewritten, as the pet shop doors cannot be opened yet. However, during ToonFest 2014, Flippy's doodle, Fluffy, made an appearance. This possibly implies that doodles will be making a return very soon.
Gardening

Gardening is an activity where toons can grow flowers and gag trees. Once they have bought a gardening kit from Clarabelle's Cattlelog, they can start gardening. A wheelbarrow is located at the southern part of the estate, near the yellow house. Toons can sell their flowers in the wheelbarrow for jellybeans.
Mailboxes
Mailboxes are used to receive items bought from Clarabelle's Cattlelog, items given from a friend, invitations to parties, or rewards given by the Toon Council. Mailboxes keep the items inside until the toon removes the items or discards them. Mailboxes also show the toon's name on the side.
Trivia
- This is one of the only locations where no music is played.

- Popsicles appear in a Toon's estate and heal their Laff Meter by 2 laff points.
- All the houses on an account are the exact same on the inside, unless you move/add/ take away any of the furniture in the house.
