The Elephant Trunk is the level five Sound gag. It succeeds the Aoogah and preceeds the Foghorn.

When a Toon has 5850 sound points, the amount of damage becomes 21.
Al Capella, a field office SOS toon, uses this gag and the damage is 30, instead of the maximum damage 21.
