Demotion is a signature Cog attack used by Micromanagers.

Animation

• The Cog reaches out its hands and sends glimmering sparks toward the intended target.
• If the attack hits, the Toon will be immobilized for a few seconds. If the attack misses, the Toon will cringe, but will stop halfway through.
