• Cold Caller has a similar head mesh as Short Change.
• Cold Callers appear very commonly on the streets of certain playgrounds like Toontown Central and Daisy Gardens, appear in low-level Cog Buildings, appear in certain rooms of the Sellbot Factory, and appear during the first round of the Vice President boss battle.
