The Cold Caller is the first and lowest Cog on the corporate ladder of the Sellbots. Their level ranges from one to five. They appear very commonly on the streets of low level playgrounds, such as Toontown Central and Daisy Gardens, but they can also appear in low-level Cog Buildings, as well as the Sellbot Headquarters courtyard, the earlier rooms in the Sellbot Factory and the first round of the Sellbot Towers battle.

Trivia

• Cold Callers look almost identical to Short Changes, but with a few differences.
  • Cold Callers are Sellbots, while Short Changes are Cashbots.
  • Cold Callers have a darker tint of blue for their head and hands than Short Changes.
  • They have different attacks and phrases.
• Cold Callers have the lowest Cog promotions.
• Cold Callers usually appear in the Trolley minigame, Toon Escape.
• Their attack Freeze Assets is only capable of causing 1 damage.
• Their signature and strongest attack, Hot Air, has a 50/50 chance of missing or hitting at any level.
