Cog Summonses are rewards given to Toons when defeating the Chief Justice. The ability to summon either a Cog, Cog Building or Cog Invasion is granted, depending on the summons a Toon has already received. Cog summonses will be received randomly, after defeating the Chief Justice. Everyone will get the same Cog Summons, unless they already have that specific summons.
